The grapes come from Vrbek vineyards on the Krátký line - we use original methods - without selected yeasts, enzymes and "preparations". It fermented and then rested for 10 months on fine lees in an acacia barrel made by a local cooper from wood from the surrounding forests.
The Krátký track is close to our hearts. It is specific for its deep loess soils, and the wines from it gain minerality every year. Wines from Krátké have this feature in common, and it doesn't matter if it's Sauvignon, Vlašák, Veltlín, .. Try them all!
