The grapes come from Vrbek vineyards on the Úlehle route - we use original methods - without selected yeasts, enzymes and "preparations".
We picked the grapes at low temperatures, for two days the must acquired the typical characteristics of Frankovka by maceration on ground grapes. After pressing, it matured on fine lees for 8 months. This Frankovka in the form of rosé describes the wines from the Blue Mountains - it is fruity, fresh and playful. We especially enjoy it in the summer!
