The basic composition, which was created just for the moments summed up in the simple “Drink, eat & have fun". Now at this moment I want to have fun, the wine accompanies me, but I don't have the time and I don't want to prepare it at length and devote myself fully to it. A blend of grapes from our vineyards here in Vrbice – a variety of soils, varieties, minimal interventions in the cellar – it could actually be called “terroir Vrbice” and the label could have a Vrbec church or drawn vineyard routes, but we didn’t want that. Minimal interventions, simplicity, pure style – this is JUST rosé 2018 – Blaufränkisch.
